These terms of service apply to every offer from NBSM and to every agreement concluded remotely between NBSM and clients via nsbm.digital. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to every offer from NBSM and to every service agreement concluded between NBSM and clients. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing.

The agreement is formed when the client accepts our proposal and meets the specified conditions (including successful payment arrangements), after which NBSM electronically confirms receipt of the agreement.

The cancellation right is excluded for services that have been fully performed with the client's consent and that have begun execution, as well as for services that are clearly personalized or made according to the client's specifications.

NBSM is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so due to force majeure (e.g., technical failures, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government measures).

15. Intellectual property

All (image) materials, texts, logos and layout on the website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

Submitted reviews must be honest and genuine. NBSM may moderate or remove reviews that are inappropriate or misleading.

17. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are personal or campaign-specific, not exchangeable for cash and only valid within the specified period and conditions.

18. Complaint procedure

Do you have a complaint? Report this as soon as possible via contact@nbsm.digital with a clear description and agreement details. We respond within 3-5 business days. If you cannot resolve it with us, you can file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

19. Applicable law and forum

These terms and the agreement are governed by US law, with due regard for mandatory consumer protection laws. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Washington State, without prejudice to legal rights.
